rolypoly-dandy: Today I bought this ambiguous vegetable from the SU market. It looks like the result of a lizard’s brief love affair with a cauliflower. I don’t know why I bought it or what to do with it, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. It’s a Romanesco Cauliflower! It is made of fractal shapes and nutrition.
